The North Shore

The northern ring, west to east

The North Shore stretches north of the Rivière des Mille Îles, from Deux-Montagnes and Saint-Eustache in the west to Repentigny in the east. Autoroute 640 runs through it from end to end and crosses Autoroutes 13, 15, 19 and 25, which head down to Laval and Montreal.

It is mostly single-family homes and townhouses, with older cores in Sainte-Thérèse, Saint-Eustache and Terrebonne, and recent condo buildings near the train stations and commercial corridors.

What we plan for on the North Shore

  • Bridges at rush hourThe crossings of the Rivière des Mille Îles are busy morning and evening; the schedule takes that into account.
  • Multi-level housesBasement, garage and upper floor: the real volume is often larger than an apartment’s.
  • New developmentsStreets under construction and unpaved driveways: describe the access in your request.
  • Old town centresNarrow streets and limited parking to plan for.
