How do I get a quote?
Through the online form or by phone at (514) 827-4045. You receive a detailed, clear quote, always in writing.
Which formulas do you offer?
Two: hourly, or all-inclusive. The Pricing page explains the difference and what makes the price vary.
Do you offer a senior discount?
Yes, a senior discount is available. Mention it in your request.
When should I book?
As early as possible, especially if you are moving around July 1 or at month-end: those are the busiest dates in Quebec.
Moving day
What equipment do you bring?
Wardrobe boxes, mattress bags, floor runners, quilted blankets, dollies, straps and tools. All included at no charge.
Do you take furniture apart and put it back together?
Yes, as needed or as you instruct, at no extra charge.
Do you protect the floors?
Yes. Floor runners go down before we start.
I have appliances or heavy pieces. Is that a problem?
No. List them in your request so the crew plans the right equipment and the right number of people.
Packing
Do you pack for me?
On arrival, our staff packs and protects your belongings, furniture and appliances with professional materials. If you also want us to pack your boxes of personal items, say so in your request. See Packing and protection.
What do you do with the materials after unpacking?
We unpack at destination and leave with the waste so the place is clean.
Storage and long distance
How does storage work?
It is a self-service system in clean, closed, temperature-controlled units, with a monitored alarm, individual access codes and cameras in the corridors. See Storage.
Can I store for a short period?
Yes, short or long term. We also help you work out how much space you need.
Do you do long-distance moves?
Yes: anywhere in Quebec, Ontario and New Brunswick, and elsewhere in Canada or to the United States on request. See Long distance.
